Gayle Fleming, Sensei, Tiger Mountain Shotokan Karate

 

Please join us in welcoming Gayle Fleming of Tiger Mountain Shotokan Karate to our staff!

Shotokan Karate is a Japanese martial art. Sensei Fleming has been training in karate for 25 years. She began practicing Chuong Nhu, a Vietnamese style, but later switched to Shotokan. She loves martial arts and feels that everyone gets something different out of it.
